Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shark Kitchen. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • Returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used, damaged, or altered items (unless damaged during shipping)

  • Personalized or customized products


Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after the 30-day return window may not be eligible for a refund.


Cancellation Period

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

If your order has already entered processing or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Return Address

Please do not return products without contacting our customer support first.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The incorrect item was received

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.


Restocking Fees

Shark Kitchen does not charge any restocking fees.


Return Process

Step 1

Email contact@sharkkitchen.co including:

  • Order number

  • Email used for the purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Step 2

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Step 3

Package the item securely in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Ship the package using a tracked shipping method and send us the tracking number.

Step 4

After inspection, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item and place a new order.


Out of Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may:

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Offer an alternative product if available.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photographs.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the shipping carrier.

If the shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refund Method

Approved refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on the payment provider, refunds may be returned to:

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • PayPal

  • Shop Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Any other original payment method used during checkout

For security reasons, refunds cannot be sent to an alternative payment method or another person's account.


Refund Processing

After your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

  • Financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refund appears.
